How to prevent excursion headaches while weight lifting?

I get excursion headaches and it is caused by heavy excercise. How do I prevent these excursion headaches while i'm weight training from happening in the future?

Limit yourself from too much weightlifting. Strenuous workouts such as heavy weightlifting can cause muscle spasms in the upper body. These spasms can bring on headaches

Pain reliever will do a temporary and fast solution but much better if you consult a doctor and do your workout in the presence of the trainor to avoid possible injuries.

This can be a problem of temperature of your gym. If it is high then also you can get this kind of headache...
